Face Transplant

Leslie Ash just did not like what she saw when she would look into the mirror. Everyone had always told her that she did not need any type of cosmetic surgery, But, it is how she felt on the inside that pushed her to it. She decided to have a breast lift after the births of her two sons. She was very pleased with the procedure. Everyone in show business began getting face lifts. Leslie pondered about the idea for sometime. When Restylane came on the scene, she decided to try it. It made her face seem young and vibrant. The Restylane did not last long on Leslie, though.

Later, Leslie had her top lip injected. It was just what she wanted. No one noticed. She, also, began receiving Botox treatments. Two years later, she had her lips done again. This time, the results were not as good. The media labeled her as having trout pout. And, this did play a small part in ending her acting career. The lip injections that she received in 2002 ended up being a botched cosmetic procedure. The silicone that was being injected into her had gone into the muscles around her mouth and became hard. She could not move her mouth. She began receiving steroid injections to soften her muscles, but it will never go away completely.

Leslie is now filming a new documentary on cosmetic surgery procedures. If others know the risks and dangers, maybe they will think about it a little more before deciding to go through with it. Will Leslie ever have plastic surgery again? She says that she will never say never. In the business of television, she is damned if she does and damned if she does not. Although, she says that she is now satisfied with her looks.
